We created Attun to solve two problems: minimize the time cost of living a healthy lifestyle, and address the problem of information overload. Quick, time-sensitive notifications allow our users to make healthy choices just by glancing at their device.

Origin Story

Why we built Attun.

Health-conscious Gen Z and millennial consumers drive more than 41% of wellness spending in a $2 trillion market, yet 48% of Gen Z cite time as the primary barrier to healthy living. We saw this gap - between wanting to be healthier and having the time to figure out how - and built Attun to close it.
